How long can I store my totes?
Storage is monthly, so you can keep totes stored as long as you need the extra space.
How do I get my belongings back?
Contact Toterly to request your stored totes or items. We will confirm available timing and the address where you would like them delivered.
Can pickup and delivery be at different addresses?
Yes. Toterly can deliver empty totes, pick up packed totes and return stored belongings to different addresses within the Baltimore service area. Your pickup and return address can change from one visit to the next.
What is included with my monthly storage?
Your monthly storage includes the Toterly tote and local storage for that tote.
Can I mix 20-gallon and 30-gallon totes?
Yes. You can mix and match tote sizes based on what you are storing.
What should I put in the 20-gallon tote?
